About The Facility
The instruction studio for VGI is located at the Paradise Family Golf Driving Range in Middleton, Massachusetts. The facility is open year round and provides a variety of areas where an individual can go to practice and improve their skill level. VGI incorporates (4) TrackMan 4 systems in their daily lessons. This technology is a highly sophisticated launch monitor that provides critical feedback, from video analysis to actual data numbers. We are able to see what the perfect swing, impact and ideal ball flight should be for each individual. With the use of TrackMan we have the ability to improve the learning curve that much faster.

Stephen Ventre -
Turned
professional

1995
and
became
a
member
of

Golf
Association
of
America
in
1999.
As
an
instructor,
Stephen
brings
over
30
years
of
experience
and
understanding
to
the
game
of
golf.
His
past
history
includes
playing
collegiate
golf
at
the
College
of
Boca
Raton,
in
Boca
Raton,
Florida
as
well
as
playing
professionally
in
Southern
Florida
between
the
years
of
1996
and
2001.
He
was
a
TPI
Level2
Golf/fitness
instructor
with
proven
teaching
techniques
based
on
biomechanics
and
kinesiology.
These techniques help create a comfortable swing for each individual that will get results.

radar
system
integrated

Massey C Ventre -
Growing up locally in Saugus, MA, Massey played Hockey and Golf at Saugus High School, making the
Varsity Team all four years. He was selected to the 2022 NEC All Star team, and proudly selected to NEC
All Conference for both sports in his senior year. Massey was a team captain on both SHS teams in his
Junior and Senior years, and always leading his team by example of his skills.
Massey was offered an apprenticeship to enter the PGA program working under his Uncle, PGA Golf
Professional Stephen C. Ventre, PGA. Just like his Uncle, Massey is patient with teaching and developing
U.S Kids golf skills.
Emphasizing sound golf basic preparedness, while building good instructional fundamentals towards the
game, for a lifetime of enjoyable competitive golf and new friendships.

Greg Wright is an Assistant Golf Professional who joined the team in 2023, having turned professional
in 1992 and become a Class A PGA Member in 1995. Hailing from North Attleboro, MA, he captained his
high school golf team and played at the Community College of Rhode Island, where he was named to the
All New England Golf Team. With 30 years of experience in the golf industry, he has worked at various
courses and retail stores, including notable positions at Joe & Leigh’s Discount Golf Shop, Golf Galaxy, and
the PGA Tour Superstore. From 2009 to 2012, he served as Head Golf Professional at The Brookside Club
in Bourne, MA.
Teaching Principles: I remain focused on making golf enjoyable while emphasizing
fundamental skills for players at all skill levels, with emphasis on advanced-skilled players. I
remain proficient in using Trackman technology. As a Certified U.S. Kids Coach and trained in
taking pride in enhancing students' games. With my experience as a Callaway Master Club Fitter
and experience in providing tailored coaching feedback, improving my students' golf game, and
build properly fitted golf equipment in their golf bag. As an experienced golf instructor, I remain
eager to contribute to the Paradise golf team professionally and assist students in improving
their performance.
